I had a lovely stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and a very friendly staff. The location was fantastic, close to all the downtown attractions. However, the dining experience was a bit overpriced for what was offered.
Rooms
8.0
The rooms were nice, with a nice lounge area and always smelled like the grill.
Service
8.0
The service was excellent, except for a minor incident where my husband was told he was asking for too much.
Location
9.0
The location was great, within walking distance of the Paycom arena and next to the Thunder game.

6.0/10
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic for exploring the riverwalk and major tourist activities, but there were significant issues with the rooms and service. The hotel offers proximity to key attractions, but certain aspects fell short of expectations.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms had major plumbing problems, a musty smell, and lacked basic amenities like a microwave and luggage rack. The bed was uncomfortable with a noticeable dip in the middle.
Service
5.0
Service was lacking with an extended wait in the morning and unwelcoming responses to requests for complimentary benefits. Moreover, the price for certain services seemed high.
Location
7.0
The location is unbeatable for activities like concerts and basketball games, but being directly above kitchen turbines and being sectioned off from the main area could be inconvenient. Close proximity to Bricktown and the Trolley adds convenience.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience offered average quality food at an extra cost, in need of improvement considering the prices charged.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were adequate, with areas needing attention to meet expected standards. The value for money may not align with the overall experience.

7.8/10
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were modern, spacious, and bright but unfortunately, they were loud all night with outside traffic and train noise. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and helpful, although the hotel seems ready for a remodel. The location was excellent, especially if you're attending events at the Chesapeake Energy Event Center, but it seemed questionable after dark. The dining experience was good with a variety of options, although a bit pricy. Overall, I had a comfortable stay with a few minor inconveniences.
